Our antimicrobial sterilant treats mold on surfaces and in the air throughout the affected property, reaching wall cavities, HVAC systems, under flooring, and into concealed spaces without the demolition phase that slows traditional companies down. The second stage applies a protective coating that bonds to surfaces and helps prevent rapid recolonization while you address the underlying moisture source. Because our process often avoids the need for tear-out, we can usually move from assessment to completed treatment faster than a conventional job allows. The treatment itself usually takes hours, and the post-treatment air samples go to an independent lab. The home has to be empty during the VaPURE treatment, with people, pets, and plants out. Most families are back the same day.
