“After being quoted large amounts by different agencies inside and outside pueblo, I found pure maintenance. Not only are their prices affordable, there are also thorough. Their inspection was much more thorough than I had expected, and their error tests were sent to Labs with all the required certificates/accreditations needed to test for mold. During the inspection, they found severe issues in the Attic that were contributing to mold issues. Air samples are analyzed for both alive (viable) and dead (non-viable) mold spores. The lab records spore count per cubic meter alongside the species present.
We capture mold spores in a mold trap. Captured spores are then cultured on a Petri dish. Any living (viable) spores reproduce, and the species are identified and recorded.
Dust and surface samples are collected from suspected areas and analyzed by an independent laboratory for spore count and genus identification.
Data-driven testing
Testing determines whether mold is present, how severe it is (spore count per m³), which mold strains are present, and how those readings compare against contextual baselines.
Results combine into a single report that gives you fact-based insight into the air quality in the home, the cleanliness of its airspaces, and whether any mold remediation is required.
